Job Responsibilities
Here the company is seeking for a bright young Architect, who reporting to the CEO, to take charge of coordinating a Team group on design, construction and installation of products and on-going projects including residential, commercial and entertainment schemes.Â
This position will play a pivotal role in helping drive sustainable and profitable growth as the company expands its Markets, Product offerings and Customer base
Qualification
B.Sc. or its Equivalent in Architecture or Civil Engineering.Â
Any other Higher/Add-on Qualifications could be an advantage but not essentially so.
Desired Skills and Requirements
Interested candidates should have:
- Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, knowledge and experience with Adobe Suite, In Design and Illustrator or any other relevant software package will be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of Planning, Â Production and Installation procedures, and construction detailing
- Strong Design and Presentation Skills
- Good Understanding of relevant Raw Materials
- Experience in dealing with clients, consultants and associated on-site issues
- Leadership Skills and must have some experience in leading a Team
- The ability to Work under Pressure
