- HND, BSC, PGD, MBA, MSC, PHD, from any field of studies
- SSCE in five or six credits, WASCE or NECO for young geographer only
- NCE,ND from recognized Colleges of Education and Polytechnics for graduate diploma applicants
- Directors of ministries, Government parastatal Chief executive with 2nd degree or more as fellowship applicants

Step 2: obtain your registration slip/number through apply now format (page 1)
Step 3: take the generated slip to the bank and pay your application fee
Step 4: insert your application number to continue your registration page 2
Step 5: submit the completed form online
