Wreckage of an Ibeto Cement truck fully loaded with 900 bags of cement, which crushed a teenager to death and killed another man on Monday along Okigwe Road, Owerri, just in front of the Imo ENTRACO premises.
The truck destroyed the ENTRACO entry gate, fence and part of office block.
