The Minister of State for Ministry Niger Delta Affairs Mr. Darius Ishaku has said that training of 100 Niger Delta Youths on Information and Communication Technology, ICT skills will commence on September 15, 2014 in Calabar
Ishaku stated this in an interview with The News Agency of Nigeria, NAN in Abuja. He said the ministry would carry out the exercise in collaboration with Swift and Just Nigeria Limited; a private consultant firm.
Acccording to the Minister, youths from the nine oil producing states will undergo the training mearnt for non-militant youth especially the unemployed
