Chief Client Solutions Officer (Head of Department) Marketing, Retail and Customer Services
QUALIFICATION

Chief Technical officer – CTO (Head of Department, Technical & Distribution Services)
QUALIFICATION
Master’s degree in Engineering (preferably in Electrical, Mechanical or Power Engineering). S/he must have relevant professional qualification e.g. COREN, IEE, NSE, IEEE and New York Academy of Sciences In addition, candidate must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant experience to the job objectives, of which at least 10 years must be in rendering technical services in the industry and not less than 4 years in a senior management position. Relevant industry experience is a must, along with knowledge of electricity engineering international standards in transmission and distribution designs, committees, etc. Must demonstrate past experience in solving engineering problems and identifying opportunities for enhancing how electricity distribution systems are designed.

QUALIFICATION
This candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or any related discipline MBA or M.Sc. in Finance or related discipline Certification in or Professional Membership of any one or combination of the following: ACA/ACCA/ACMA/ANAN/CISA In addition, candidate must have minimum of 15 years relevant experience to the job objectives, of which at least 10 must be in rendering related services in a large utility company, FMCG, bank or oil & gas company and not less than 4 years in a senior management position. QUALIFICATION
A Master’s Degree in any of the Social Sciences or Humanities, with a bias for an MBA is desirable S/he must have relevant local or international professional qualification e.g. NIM, NIPR, etc. In addition, candidate must have minimum of 15 years relevant experience to the job objectives, of which at least 10 must be in rendering related services in a large utility company, FMCG, bank or Oil & Gas Company and not less than 5 years in a senior management position. Experience in senior management is essential, corporate strategy development and implementation as well as performance improvement in a private organization is essential Other essential knowledge includes public relations activities, board meetings and events management, market intelligence and stakeholder engagement, research and product development strategies to effectively oversee function/ line managers charged with these roles
